IT looks you know nothing about programming. In today's world, you don't need to become a programmer. Every thing is available in packages at throw away prices. Above all what is impossible in Windows office packages. Learn it thoroughly. Enough for anything. If you require something special, then mentions it, guidance are available always. [i_agree_but]

start to learn to write algorithm.get well versed in atleast one programming language.It will be best to learn c language because it is the basic for all the others. [mythmoh]
It is not clear why you want to do programming. The follwoing program in BASIC will simply ask for 2 numbers and give you the total. 10 INPUT "1st Number ";a 20 INPUT "2nd Number ";b 30 LET c = a + b 40 PRINT "The sum of ";a;" plus ";b;" is equal to ";c;"." After that it is an improvement on this. There are other languages to do programming. But now there are enough application packages like MSOffice which will do most of the work for you and you can make use of computers without doing any programming. [josephperera]
