Why don't you start with something simple and build on it. Since you are online, start learning HTML which is a simple language of sorts and you can get free tutorials online. Start with W3schools.com Then as you become proficient, move on to PHP and MySQL and make your sites interactive. If you can perfect this, you will be able to earn more than you could with a post graduate degree and it's possible to do. [oldbuddy]

I am currently studying for my AA degree in Information Technology online from the Axia College of the University of Phoenix. I know that they have international student as do several online schools. I would recommend something like that. You could also go to the Microsoft Learning site and earn a Microsoft certification there, which is the same as a PG degree in some peoples eyes. Now-a-days IT is booming. Its better if you join any of the hardware or software courses, depending on your interests. But becareful of the institutes.
