Sounds like you have virus or trojan problems, go into safe mode and run your virus scanner. There is an online diagnostic at pcstop.com that will let you know what needs to be fixed on your computer. [Sunset50]
Sunset is on the right path there. I have had this happen before in the past, and in order to get to the safe mode, you need to press "F5" before you get to the loading screen for windows. this will open up a text menu for you to switch to safe mode. In alot of cases, it could be a porrly installed driver, or software that is causing the system to "hang" and reboot. [rherdey]
