I think we've had that tag/no-comment ability since we first got tags. At that time, I tagged some old discussions that had no responses but were related to some of my discussions. I didn't respond to all of them because some were too poorly written to understand the question, or I didn't have anything new to add. [thoughtprocess]

Yeah this was changed two days ago, I tried to go onto mylot and it said the site was down because of some updating and when it came back I could post any bad words, it violated mylot and I had to allow mature content, I guess they changed it up a bit. [Aali311]
