How many of you have stayed on the computer and never got to sleep at all? How often did it happen?

Yes, but it is not a common practice. As we all know time disappears rapidly when you get involved on the computer, and a few times I have been oblivious to the time until I have realised that it is becoming light outside. Last year a friend asked me if I could create a DVD with Christmas images and songs for when his grandchildren came to visit, so I set about trying that night. I collected over 70 Christmas wallpapers and used Adobe Premiere to stitch them together and add transitions. By the time I got round to creating an opening stage curtain and scrolling text it was around 9 AM, so I set the program to encode and went to bed. [Asylum]
That often happens when helping someone out. Others see it and then suddenly we're doing 3 times the work or more. :-) [katiedoubleu]
When I first discovered the internet, I had a lot of nights when I would stay up and go without sleep [ladysun]

oh, definitely. usually for a cram paper. it comes out perfect, but i'm too tired to properly report it to the class. so i end up getting a so-so grade anyway. not worth being a procastinator. [miajane]

i have done this to many nights to count since i have been on the net..a simpler question would have been how many nights do you get offline at a reasonable hour and go to sleep lol [sassybratky]
