Yes I use notepad on my computer. As a matter of fact, i am using it right now. I use it to keep track of my mylot earnings. I write down the date, and how many post s I made that day to receive that much money. By doing this, I have figured out I average approximately three cents for a response. I use use to use notepad alot when I use to program. Now I just use it to view .nfo files and to make quick short term notes on things i need to do or remember. [Great_Nate]

ya i like to use the notepad ...when ever i need to note some ph no r adress i will open the notepad and i will right in that only.......it is very useful...and it is important....and for the java professional that is the important they will write the coding there only ......and i use the notepad [viswa1234]

I prefer to use word why it is the much most complete one and it has many more functions notepad the single use if I must annotate one phrase or some link to some situated one [akaymas84]

Yes, I do. Notepad is great for lots of things. You can use it for coding in HTML to make websites, even though there are lots of programs out there now that take over that... but notepad is free. Notepad has a lot of use. [iAlicia]

Yes, I use notepad for almost anything to write or scribble. It is a very useful tool considering there is no formatting changes if you copy it from there and paste it elsewhere and the fonts and other formats won't change if you do that from notepad to any other writing space. [milott]

Yes, I use it occasionally, when I have to copy some text from a site that have a background or table. Note pad does not show the background or table. After that I copy that text to MS word. [birdy866]

I use Microsoft Notepad to jot down User names, passwords, account numbers, and other important things that i should not forget. Its saved in specific folder location in another hardrive just in case a virus hits my C:/ Drive. [jdfaustino]
