I use the monitor to shut down my computer. I rarely shut it down though, I usually just let the screen saver come up and leave it til next time I sign on. [courtlynne77]

Well loads of time I have to leave the computer and go do something else and when I come back I want the comp on....cant wait to reboot again...so I usually I switch off only the moniter and leave the comp on or else I just put it in sleep mode and go.... [niranjans87]
