How do you erase the sites you have visited from the address bar?

In Internet Explorer Goto Tools->Internet Options->General Tab->In the bottom of this tab there is a button called Clear History. Click this and you are done. You can also do it automatically by setting the Days to Keep in History to 1 and it will be cleared every day :-) Enjoy surfing :-) [sunworld]

In Friefox, go to Tools -> Privacy -> History Tab, then click the button to clear. Someone else told you how to handle IE. [manodogs]

No, not really, a kid that works with me used my computer to order some comcert tickets and just to be safe since it is a work computer I wanted to lose the fact he had been there. [toaste]
go to internet option in the advanced tab click clear history.If your computer is slow then try to clear all cookies and files also. [mythmoh]
