20%. I knew the answer intuitively (I often have to convert Canadian dollars to American and vice versa and a Canadian dollar is worth about 20% less than an American one these days.) After I did the math in my head to double check. [Tanya8]

It is less by 20 % as you are drawing only 80 % of my salary 1 I have done it within 30 seconds ! Let meexpalin you how I did it, let your salary be 100 then my salary would be 125 as I am drwaing 25 % more your salary's and my salary's ratio would be 100 : 125 i.e 4:5 To make my salary to hundred I will multiply both sides of ratio to get it as 80: 100 That means you draw 80 when I am drawing 100 that means you are drawing 20 % less than what I am drawing !
