well yeah , i've done B.E ( bachlors of ENGINEERING ) in COMPUTERS , and i can fix it as well as to upgrade it at the best possible solutions to give optimum performance , sO for ones who cannot fix it .. for the time being , do some certified courses ...related to computers that would help you much in this case. for some , computer is not an easy task to handle if it goes out of its normal condition , so its more better to do courses related to computer , in order to fix small problems [white_snake]
